We are a fitness centre based in Dudley, West Midlands, run by former UK bodybuilding champion and world coach Steven Parrish, who has over 40 years of experience in the industry.
Our gym has been established for more than 30 years and offers a large reception area where we provide supplements and protein drinks for post-workout recovery.
We also feature the latest Ergoline lie-down sunbeds and powerful 60-tube, 200-watt stand-up sunbeds.
